ULSA Funding Pre-requisites:

• Registered entity
• Compliant with relevant South African legislation (i.e., Tax compliance and Basic Conditions of Employment)
• Qualifying beneficiary in terms of the B-BBEE codes or sector codes as applicable (namely an EME or QSE that is majority black owned) and has adequate evidence to verify this
• Entity is not a start-up with less than 1 year's trading history
• Entity has a Turnover of greater than R1 million
