APPLICATION FORM: ENTERPRISE AND SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT
This application form is to be completed by applicants for enterprise and supplier development purposes under the and relevant Broad Based Black Economic Act of 2003 regulations and codes of good practice.
The application form must be completed by a director of the applicant company. A board resolution must be completed authorising the director to make such application on behalf of the applicant company.
All personal information provided in this application is used purely for the purpose of the application review process and will be accessed by authorised representatives of Unilever including external advisors. No personal information nor this application will be shared with any other persons and will be processed in accordance with Unilever’s legal obligations under applicable data protection laws including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act).
